The Northgate Townhomes homeowners' association partnered with us to install a shared solar solution that would reduce common-area electricity costs while increasing long-term property value. The project included multiple connected rooftops with varying orientations.

Working across several occupied homes required careful scheduling, consistent communication, and a phased installation approach to minimize disruption for residents.
The approach
Our team designed a distributed solar array across multiple roof sections, maximizing energy production while maintaining a uniform appearance. Every phase from engineering and permitting to installation and final commissioning was completed over 24 days.
